A charming one-room apartment furnished with care; the double bed placed on a mezzanine makes the living area spacious and comfortable where there is a kitchenette, dining table and double sofa bed. From the living area through a large window there is access to a private terrace with a side sea view and equipped with a sun umbrella, table and chairs. The private bathroom has a comfortable shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Linen: bed linen and a set of bath towels are provided as well as a beach towel for each person booked, to be used for the duration of the stay.
Cleaning: the flat is delivered clean, no other cleaning services are included during the stay.
Utilities: normal consumption of water, gas and electricity are included, according to standard parameters.
Air conditioning
Free street parking, during the high season when only residents are allowed access, flat guests are given a pass that allows them to park a vehicle free of charge in the designated spaces, the space is almost always easily found in the vicinity.
